The seed for becoming good or bad is sown in child hood. Manhood is the development of childhood. If a child is bought up in a proper way he will become a responsible citizen later on. A bad element in children will grow and revel in large measure in adulthood. When we study the lives of great people or writers poets, we can understand how their childhood had helped them to attain such a great level in life. So it is always more important to concentrate on children on there young age to make him a great individual in all respect to the society.
